What Exercise can do for your Fibroids Condition?

Everyone knows that regular exercise can have a positive effect on your health, most commonly for diabetes and obesity prevention. 3. Cardiovascular Exercise

However, intense exercise can cause pain to existing fibroids, making it difficult for you to exercise. Instead, choose low-impact cardiovascular exercises like water aerobics or swimming.
